Medical Staff

We are affiliated with many hospitals in the valley. We do newborn rounds at Banner Thunderbird, John C. Lincoln North Mountain, Arrowhead, Banner Good Samaritan, St. Joseph’s, and Phoenix Baptist hospitals. We admit our sick children to Banner Thunderbird, Phoenix Children’s, St. Joseph’s, and John C. Lincoln Deer Valley hospitals.

Harold Magalnick, MD, FAAP

Dr. Magalnick has been involved in the community for many years. He currently serves as Chairman of Pediatrics at the John C. Lincoln hospital system and Chairman of the Maternal and Child Health Committee for the Arizona Medical Association. He is also the physician evaluator for Arizona Long Term Care (ALTCS) and a medical liaison for Make-a-Wish of Central and Southern Arizona. He is a board member of the Arizona Children’s Association, Ryan’s House, and New Directions Institute for Infant Brain Development. In addition, Dr. Magalnick is the team physician for the United States Figure Skating Team and has traveled with them throughout the world. He has also served on the Council on School Health for the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Ms. Kelley has been practicing pediatrics since 1980. She attended the Child Health Associate Physician Assistant Program at the University of Colorado. She has also completed five years of intensive pediatric education. She has remained certified by the National Commission of Certification for Physician’s Assistants. Ms. Kelley is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Arizona State Association of Physicians’ Assistants. Lisa Drumond, PNP

Ms. Drummond attended New Mexico Military Institute, where she received an eAssociate’s degree in Liberal Arts and was commissioned as an Officer in the United States Army Reserves. She is currently the President of the Arizona Alumni Chapter. Ms. Drummond later attended Arizona State University and received a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Nursing and completed Arizona State University’s Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Program. She is also employed at Phoenix Children’s Hospital as an IV nurse specialist and participates in Diabetes camp and Camp Honor (for children with hemophilia and HIV).

Cherilyn is an Arizona native. She attended Arizona State University for her undergraduate degree. She then went on to attend Midwestern University for her Master's in Physician Assistant studies.
