I've brought both of my children here for years. It's always easy to get right in and we never wait long. We have seen many of the different providers at this location and they have all been great. Highly recommend!

Great office they see you right away no wait time, love Dr.Castro and Dr Kindra they really care for their patients.
Dr. Cathy Kelley is super sweet & very knowledgeable. My husband & I have been going here since we were little & now our son but it would be a lot nicer & make a bigger difference if the medical assistants were more enthusiastic & friendly. They signed up to work at a pediatric office, kids are sick, they’re scared, parents are worried or overwhelmed with their littles etc so you’d think they’d be more smiley, more talkative or more comforting & friendly like the providers are but instead they act like they hate being there & it definitely shows in their faces & attitudes & quite frankly it doesn’t make the kids any more comfortable to be there or the parents.
Dr Kathy Kelley is one of the best pediatricians! Both of my children only want to see her when we make an appointment. She is also so patient, caring and friendly with us.
I had problems with their billing department at first but Dr. Serbian is the reason I will always go back he is amazing
Dr. Mitra once again was amazing. Seeing my youngest today who somehow hurt her shoulder. Thank you Pediatrix for having weekend availabilities!

We had a sick kid and called them on Saturday morning.We got the same day appointment.Dr Serbin is friendly and made the check up fun and easy for my kid, he explained us everything we need to do.It was a great experience.I love Pediatrix at Happy Valley and this was the first time at Black Canyon hwy,which I find is great too.Clean office and great staff.
The staff is always very pleasant, and they always manage to accommodate us when we have an emergency. We are very fortunate to have found them.
After years of taking my 5 kids to this location we were magically banned. My wife called and was on hold for over a hour for an explanation and said because we missed to many appointments?! Joke of a place!! I’m think of Contacting the medical board , especially after reading the other reviews!

I was taken here as a child, and there's a good reason that we drive a little bit out of our way for Pediatrix: they're great! Everyone we spoke to was very pleasant & professional. The doctors and nurses are sweet & caring with everyone. I highly recommend Pediatrix to anyone looking for a great pediatrician.
We have been coming to this office for over 10 years. Dr Serbin has always been kind, informative, patient and fun. Even with all the patients he sees he remembers us and thats important. I highly recommend this practice!

I had recently called the number listed on their website, for my closest location, asking when a good time is to come and fill some paperwork out and get some medical records of mine, the woman I spoke with on the phone on Wednesday with said I can come any day before 5pm this week. I came today on Friday around 2-2:15pm to see that the office was closed for an “office party”I went to check their website to see if they had published this months office closures and found no information. I scrolled down to see that they had some of their social medias links, when I visited their Instagram page, I saw that that was where all of their office closures for the month have been posted.In my opinion I feel like office closures or office half days should be posted on the website, not on their Instagram page?!Not only did it inconvenience my day, I feel it’s very unprofessional to have information such as office closures posted on their Instagram Page that gets 2 likes per post?Not to mention when I had walked up to the door and saw the papers on the door stating they were closed, I was greeted with some nasty stares from the employees inside.
I have a Good experience every time I come here front desk receptionist always nice and never waiting longer than 30 mins.
Doctor Serban is the best pediatrician always kind and patient and very professional. And almost welcoming with smile

Dr. Serbin is the best pediatrician you could ever trust your children with. Wouldn’t change a thing about his practice. Never have had a single complaint the 6+ years we have been coming to him and his office.
I am very grateful with the office because I had an appt today and I had totally forgot (even with 3 text reminders) having a newborn can be very challenging and I’m so happy that the office called and asked if I was still able to make it. I’m very happy I chose this pediatric office for my little girl.
Very disappointed with Pediatrix. I have not had to take my son to the doctor since 2020. He has been healthy with no issue. He has been sick this week so I called to get an appointment this Saturday and I was told that he can’t be seen on Saturday because he is considered a new patient. When I have a healthy kid they are punishing us.
Dr Laura Castro is the best she is always willing to give a listening ear and help us with our needs.
Dr. Serbin was very thorough and took his time with my daughters visit. Each of my concerns were heard and I didn't feel rushed. All my children have been coming here since birth, any issues/ concerns have always been handled in a timely manner.
The office was able to see us right away on a Sunday morning with our concern. The doctor was patient, very kind and answered all of our questions directly!

Dr. Argyros combines passion and expertise to deliver outstanding patient care, and it’s clear he takes immense pride in his work. We’ve been with Pediatrix for almost 18 years now. We’ve always got answers or were sent on to specialists to get answers to our kids health problems. The office is open on weekends for fours hours and that’s extremely helpful when the kids are sick.

My son has been seeing Dr Funcke since he was born and she has been a wonderful caring doctor, she is the best!! I highly recommend her, she is a wonderful doctor! Also my son had blood work done and Philip drew his blood he was so gentle and kind! I'm going to miss Pediatrix they have been the best in all areas! My son is special needs and Dr Funcke has always went above and beyond for all his needs!!!

The place seemed clean. We went for our first appointment today 9/11 @1250. However the front desk lady was very short in answering to us , with a bad attitude and a flat face. Never looking at us while talking to us. We decided to cancel our appointment and go back with our doctor. This location was closer to us but I rather have a kinder service.

Dr. Serbin has been the pediatrician of my 3 children for 10 years, for me he is the best, he is attentive and careful with my children.
The staff is kind and efficient. The doctors are knowledgeable and gentle. The visits are swift with minimal time waiting in waiting room and examination room.
I was a bit apprehensive about going somewhere new but omg the staff at Pediatrix is absolutely awesome. Their very nice and my daughter LOVES her new doctor! I would give them 10 stars if I had the option! My daughter needed her tetnus shot and the nurse got in that arm all ninja like that my sensitive lil flower didn't even feel it. LOL
Dr. Serbin is the best! He takes time to listen to not only parent concerns, but to what is going on with the kids as well. We never have problems making appointments. Front office staff is great too!
I have been bringing my kids here for the past 9 years and every time I voice a concern the doctors are very supportive and take immediate action. We’ve had appointments with Dr. Kelly, Dr. Funcke, Dr. Drummond, Dr. Argyros, and Dr. Castro and they’ve always been helpful and make us feel heard.
Most Trusted Pediatrics Doctors.We have been patients for two decades with 5 children. Highly recommend Pediatrix. They are all so good. They have literally saved my child's life.. I put all my trust in their opinion. I have never once left upset, discouraged or felt like I needed to get a second opinion. They have always come through. They listen. They investigate. They make you feel comfortable. Bottom line is they do care, you can feel it when they're with your child. They care about you as a parent as well. They know how scary it is to have a sick child, you feel more comfortable after seeing them. You will feel that your child is on the best path for recovery or getting the help they need.
The front desk has always been great but we have been less than impressed with Dr. Serbin. Poor bedside manner, both our appointments with him have felt very "in and out" and brushed off. Even our son's allergist paid more attention to him. We gave him the benefit of the doubt after our first 6 month well visit appointment since we didn't have any concerns with our son, but I just left a sick appointment and it was *literally* 30 seconds long. Didn't even look at my son before he said what he thought it was.On the other hand, we've seen Cathy Kelley once for a sick visit and she was great. Personable, kind, and thorough.Switched doctors for our future visits at Pediatrix and hoping it is a better experience.
Yesterday 8/7/2024 was the first time I took my daughter here. We were taken care of without a long wait. Dr. Funcke is very caring and listened to what I told her about my daughter. My sister is who referred me to take both of my kids here. I'm so happy that I finally did. Now I really think that we will get more answers about my daughter's health. Thank you very much Dr. Funcke.
The service was great but the wait was 30 minutes after the appointment time.
We've been coming to this office for 21 years and I won't take my kiddos anywhere else. The staff are always so pleasant and all the drs are wonderful.

We have been going to Pediatrix for the last five years. Kendra Church is amazing with children. My daughter loves seeing her. Phillip, the phlebotomist is also amazing with scared and nervous children. Everyone is always friendly in this office.

We've had Dr. Serbin since my daughter was born almost 12 years ago, now. Shortly after having her, we moved to East Mesa but still make the 45 minute trip to the office when needed. They are very thorough and listen, I love it! I always say "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!" :)

Cathy Kelley always takes time to talk to my kids about their symptoms and general health. Also, she has a common sense way to treating them-she’s thorough and calls with test results. I have been taking my son to see Cathy Kelly since he was a newborn, he's now a teenager but insists on staying with Pediatrix because he loves her and the whole Pediatrix group. The flexibility of two locations plus the ability to easily be seen same day for sick visits are the main reasons we've stayed. Definitely recommend this group!

I love Pediatrix. At every level, staff members are kind and helpful. My parent friends are always amazed at how much Pediatrix works to accommodate sick kids and get them seen quickly, and they're so supportive of ongoing health and wellness too. The longevity of the staff says a lot too--with staff members who have been there for 30+ years, you know this is a place that knows how to take care of and support people, and that includes their patients and families.

I have brought both of my kids here to see Dr Serbin ever since their first newborn check up. I have seen a few other pediatricians at this office as well for sick visits and other miscellaneous visits, and every encounter I have at this pediatrician's office is always a positive experience. They are all very nice, informative and professional. Dr Serbin is very straight forward which I 100% appreciate. Really everyone at there is well mannered and the entire place is always kept very clean, and every visit I have taken my kiddos to has been pretty quick in and out. Just about every time I have needed a sick or Urgent visit-- I can get one that very same day, sometimes even in the next 15 minutes after calling. Being a new mom I get very nervous about every little thing , one time i even brought my son in for an urgent appointment thinking he had some crazy rash. Well, turns out it was just an overabundance of mosquito bites and they did not make me feel like a fool whatsoever ! There's also been times I have had a question after a visit and was able to get a call from the doctor or email to answer my question instead of having to go back in there for another appointment! I would reccomend this office to every new parent or even to someone wanting a new pedatrician.
I was misinformed that I can take my child in as a walk in. When we arrived, I was told we need an appointment.
ADHD/AUTISM PARTENTS TAKE NOTE:Dr. Serbin is so great with all of my kids. Often, quality neurodivergent pediatric support is hard to find. All of my children are impacted by ADHD or Autism or both. We have been coming to the Black Canyon office for about 14 years. Dr. Serbin sees all of my children, and has always been top notch in his care and consideration. He listens to my feedback and concerns for my children and provides useful and impactful resources and support. He also listens to my children, and their experiences. Not only what I have to provide as a parent, but also what they feel and see from their point of view. Which is, arguably, the most important view in this context. Sensory issues, communications issues, etc are worked with and accommodated for. I appreciate his diligence and continued care for my family. I trust that hard topics will be addressed with care. 12/10 recommend this office, and Dr. Serbin, specifically. We drive over an hour to see Dr. Serbin because the care is worth it. Thank you, Pediatrix!!
Love them! I definitely recommend… Cathy Kelly is very sweet and the staff were able to help me with my toddler that tends to act out. Usually I hate going to appointments because I feel judged but here they treated my kids with kindness and were very patient. Again love, love, love….

Dr. Serbin is the best pediatrician ever. He is a combination of kindness, knowledge, availability, following-up and insurance fighter to a very high degree. The practice is even open on Saturdays and Sundays! Incredible!

I'm a hot mess with three kids and an extremely busy life. It's nice to have a pediatrician who accommodate you and doesn't judge you, well at least not to your face. They have a cheerful staff so we will be back.
Dr. Serbin is great! After months of misdiagnosis he helped get out daughter the proper diagnosis! He looks at the whole Pasteur patient. Will never see another Dr again
I’ve been taking my girls there for years, the doctors are all good and the staff is nice.
We were extremely disappointed by our last visit. I wanted to get my 10 day old son in for a circ and was told we needed a newborn screen first before even being able to schedule the procedure. (I can understand there is a process but they had done a same day visit for my other son 3 years ago so I expected the same.) They disregarded the fact that 1. He has already been screened, so that was not needed. 2. Based on his age I was running out of time to even be eligible for the procedure in their office. 3. I am a self-pay patient and was requesting and all in one visit to be most cost efficient. Nevertheless, we came for the “newborn screening” appointment and I hoped that by talking to Dr Mitra directly he would be more helpful and understanding and take care of us at that time since it is a quick process. Not only did they still refuse to do the same day procedure, but they charged us $160 just to weigh, measure, listen to his heart, and tell me he is healthy - all things which I could have done myself and I knew because these had already been done multiple times that week by my midwife. They didn’t not look for, notice, or mention the lip and tongue tie which my midwife had seen. They then told me that there were actually no appointments available in time to do my son’s circ at all! Complete waste of time. They referred me to a specialist and assured me the pricing was comparable. Well when I say they referred me, it was a scribbled office name on the back of our statistics paper. I left in tears over the frustration of how little they cared and the wasted time and money from that absolutely useless appointment. I called the office they referred me to only to find out I didn’t actually have a “referral” and had to call Pediatrix back 3 times to leave voicemails and finally get in touch with someone to officially refer us so that I could even make an appointment with this specialist. Days later when all this was settled I was told by the specialist their price was $600!! NOT comparable to Pediatrix pricing (which I believe would’ve been $280) if Dr Mitra had taken the time to do it. We ended up choosing a different specialist which still cost us $500 but he was excellent. I am extremely disappointed in Dr Mitra and Pediatrix for the way this was handled and how little they cared for us as individuals. We were clearly just another person going through their office and a quick appointment for them to bill. We will never be back for any reason and I will no longer recommend them to anyone. Just wanted to share my experience for other families like us.
We love Dr. Serbin. He always takes his time, answers all our questions, And is very thorough. We have been using him for years and trust him completely! He is very good with the kids too.

This is the best peaditrix place I’ve ever taken my kids, my oldest is 15 and he has been seen here since he was a baby, I had a total of 4 kids and they have all been treated here, beyond blessed with this place !!

Everyone is so nice & patient and so willing to help. Dr. Serbin is my two sons Dr. and I really and blessed to say the least we found him. He has always taken amazing care of them when in the office and always answered anything. Being a parents can be challenging and scary at times and it’s SO NICE to be able to TRUST your Dr. especially with your babies.

Love this place! The Dr.s are all different with different perks.. they care, they're informative, the have great resources, they're honest, they have gentle touch, they have good bedside manner... they may not all have them all.. but if you mentioned any of those in order of importance to you I'm sure they could hook you up with the best Dr. For you and you'll be stoked you go there. Accchs accepted and other insurance too.. we have a couple and they're good about billing correctly.
This is an updated review. Have been coming here since before my son was born. He is now 9 and his sister is 17. Our experience has always been great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I'm beyond thankful for the kind, warm hearted, very understanding, and empathy my children have received from Dr Argyros! He is the absolute best of the best! I recommend him to any and everyone that asks about a pediatrician for their kids. The Donald duck voice is definitely a highlight to their day when we see him! The office whether it's a sick visit or well check gets them in quick. It's never a hassle the staff on his side is always helpful bend over backwards for whatever you need! I love this office! I’ve been coming to them since my oldest child and they have always been amazing now I have my third child coming and the service is just as good and the staff is so polite!

I got in last minute on a Sunday. Both my kids been going here since the week they were born. A lot has changed but I’m a good way. New doctors and new staff, I have no complaints. We absolutely love Dr Mitra. He is always willing to take the time to listen to our concerns while giving us advice. Yesterday he got us in immediately when my son had a fall and got us in and out in under 30 minutes.
Dr. Lisa Drummond is a wonderful doctor to have on staff. She is honest and open with the children and does not sugar coat anything. Love her to death. Same is Dr. Cathy Kelly. Greatest woman in the practice.

Have come here since my kids were born. Sooo long ago. Magalnick was also my husband's pediatrician but has now retired. Cathy Kelly is awesome in every shape and form. She too remembers their dad and has dealt with my children from the very beginning. My daughter loves her. Literally asks every time- Kathy, right? Lol I will be sad when my kids age outta this place. I can still remember Kathy holding her as a baby, and that baby is now 15. My son is about to be 18 next month. For longevity and the care they provide, come here. **update. Son at 19 and daughter at 16. Daughter still went here today with Cathy Kelly. Would never even try to find better. Simply doesn't exist.
Dr Serbin is amazing. He is kind, talks to my boys by asking them questions on health while still letting me know that he is listening to me too. It's great that my kids can speak on how they feel at their wellness visits. They are quick with appointments and refill requests.
Phillip was wonderful! He was so kind and great my daughter who had a hard time with giving blood.
Receptionist are nice Everytime I come in, and help with info about the office, getting referrals, and so much.
The nurse and doctor did a great job preparing my daughter for administering her flu shot. She loved her Elsa sticker.
This doctor’s office is amazing. We left our old pediatrician because while they were good, we almost never got to see a doctor- always PAs and NPs. Not only was the doctor here amazing, but our kids loved him! He did a Donald Duck voice that endeared my younger son to him so much, despite getting 2 shots on his visit, he has been begging to go back and see Donald Duck, haha! He totally eased my son’s fears. For my older son, we saw the same doc and he actually listened and provided us with antibiotics, which helped my son recover after days when he had been sick for over a month. The last doctor basically just told us to wait it out and said it was “allergies” despite us going multiple times and my son being miserable for weeks, and the rest of the house getting sick as well. The front office staff, Hope in particular, was so kind and helped my husband with paperwork, setting up quick appointments, she was great as well. I cannot recommend this office enough!
I take my 2 yr old and 14 yr old to see Dr. Serbin and he is fantastic! He always listens to my concerns and is great with the kids. It's rare that we're ever kept waiting long and it's super easy to make appointments. His MA's are terrific, especially Rose, and the receptionists at check-in and check-out are super friendly too. Overall a great place to bring you're kiddos
Honestly the staff was very disappointing for me today except for the doctor Laura she was more concerned. I had like a nurse assistant named Anna take care of her she didn't even introduced herself she wasn't in empathetic at all she didn't show signs of caring for my son I told her he was sick. I told her that I didn't want to weigh him because he had just been waived the night before at the hospital but she said no we'll wait him over here and while waiting him she put her hand underneath him and I told her well can you move it so I can put my son down and she just stay quiet and moved her hand. I just felt like people should smile.
Got my son in immediately for a sick appointment. The woman I spoke with on the phone was incredible. Super kind, patient, and understanding. Went above and beyond to help me acquire a last minute appointment and track down important insurance information. However, the woman at the front desk when I arrived was cold and flippant. She was very short with me and did not look me in the face once. When I returned the clipboard of paperwork she jerked it out of my hand and quite literally slammed it upside down on the counter/desk also while not looking at me. Very unprofessional. We did not wait long, which is practically unheard of these days. The nurses and the doctor were attentive, informative, and patient. We were in and out quickly with a treatment plan and referral. I will absolutely be back, and hopefully the woman at the front desk will be having a better day because outside of that interaction, our experience was very pleasant.
We have been going to Pediatrix for almost 28 years. Dr Harold Magalnick was such a treasure, and am deeply grateful to him for looking after my three children, especially my son with autism. Since the good doctor left, we are seeing Dr Laura Castro for our youngest child, and she is wonderful! The reason for only 4 stars is that some of the Medical Assistants are grumpy, and a bit scary. The office staff are very nice however.
I have been taking my children to this office for 9 years. I have always had a very good experience and it does not matter what doctor my kids see, they are all wonderful! Especially Dr. Serbin, he always encourages questions and never makes you feel dumb for asking! 100/10 !!
Since Dr. Mogalnick left, which we were very sad about-we’ve been seeing Dr. Serbin. We have been so impressed with him every time. My daughter is very difficult-to say the least-and he is amazing with her! We were there today for a follow-up visit from another health facility we were at. When we got there-between when I talked to him on the phone yesterday and our appt this morning-he had already called the facility, had her records faxed to him, and had reviewed them. He takes his time with us, is sure to answer any and all questions, as well as makes sure we have his email so we can email him any time. He’s amazing! Thank you for all you do!!
My daughter loves her doc, Dr Kendra Church NP. She is always prompt and knowledgeable. She has a great bedside manner. My daughter typically does not like strangers.
Pediatrix has been the doctor group that I have taken my son to since we first moved back to Phoenix when he was 3 years old. He is16 now, so obviously we have always been satisfied with the care he received. Except for well checks, going to the doctor means you’re sick. Plus these people jab you with needles, and stir the insides of your nose with a q-tip almost to your brain. Despite those unpleasant but necessary treatments, my son and I have always felt that the doctors and staff at Pediatrix care very much about his health , and do their best to make the visit, if not fun, at least quick. The doctors and nurses never talked down to us, were always friendly, and provided the best care. We especially are fond of Dr. Cathy Kelly, she makes us feel almost like family. Pediatrix is always clean and wait times are not excessive. My son feels a bit silly going to a place decorated for little kids, but we are reluctant to change doctors since they know him so well.
We love it here! My kids have seen several of the providers and have had great experiences all around. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful.Dr Serbin has been our main dr from the beginning and we just love him! He’s super knowledgeable and efficient. The kids love him too! My son was a preemie 11 years ago and dr Serbin helped me to feel comfortable in my parenting journey that was just starting. We’ve seen dr Argyros and dr funke and dr magalnik we’ve loved them all as well! Great place

We have been looking for a pediatrician for our two boys and Dr Nemivant was recommended to us. He is the best pediatrician we have met. He is so supportive of our decisions, which is hard to find in a dr these days; and he is so easy to talk to. After going to multiple pediatricians, he was a breath of fresh air. He doesn’t try to push anything on you. All of the staff was so nice too. I don’t see us going anywhere else!
Dr. Serbin is the best doctor I’ve ever come across. He manages care for both my 2 year old cerebral palsy son and my 1 year old daughter and we feel so fortunate to have him as our doctor. When our son has had medical emergencies he emails or calls me immediately to check in on us and any time I’ve had any issues with his specialists or therapists all it takes is one call to him and he makes sure any issue we are having is resolved. He takes his time and never rushes us during our appointments and it is very evident that he truly has a passion for him children especially sick ones. Thank you, Dr. Serbin!
I will never be coming back. Dr. Stinson is amazing! She treats my son as if he were her own. She is a blessing. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the other staff. As my son was getting medicine orally through a syringe, he moved. After the syringe was out of his mouth, she continued to push the medicine through, leading it to shoot into my 12 week old sons eye. After I started to panic, trying to wipe it out of his eye quickly, she’s giggling about how sticky the medicine is. I understand accidents happen.. but to laugh and explain just how sticky the medicine is that’s now in my infants eye, is a big problem. The women at the front desk are never nice, the woman who works in the lab is also extremely rude & seems like she is being forced to work there. I will never be returning.
We selected this location because of a pediatrician named Rachel Buck. We have tried about 5 different pediatricians before meeting Dr. Buck. She is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to sit and speak with us, making sure all concerns and questions are answered. Then she does the check ups and follows up with everything we went over. Absolutely love that!I also want to show appreciation to the front staff and honestly all the staff there. They are all very kind and make you feel welcome.We are forever patients at Pediatrix Happy Valley!

Dr Rachel Buck is PHENOMENAL!! My boys also have seen Dr Nemivant in the past. Both are amazing!! But this last visit was with Dr Buck and she was just outstanding. My son is so afraid and avoidant about going to the doctor, but had some scary symptoms we couldn't ignore. She was so incredibly personable, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, just amazing. My son was even laughing and smiling while there. I think she got him really close to not being afraid anymore! And completely put us both at ease about what's going on and the right course of treatment, which seems to be finally helping him get some relief! ✨❤️🩹🙏🏼

We go to Pediatrix for both my sons. Dr. Nemivant is our pediatrician. He is not that welcoming and less talkative but diagnosis well and knowledgeable, that’s why we didn’t change our doctor. He got the same reputations among our friends group as well. The office is also decent and we have no major complaints over time.

We’ve been coming here since 2019, as a family member recommended Dr. Nemivant. Since the beginning, the staff and Dr. Nemivant have always made my son feel comfortable and safe during his visits. I appreciate how patient and caring everyone is every single time.
My son is 5 and half and we been Pediatrix patients since the day one. I can only say the best about doctors and stuff here .90 % of the time we got sick apointment same day or next day. When arrive we never wait more then 5 minutes. If needed medical records we usually gor them within days via email or at the location. We have been patient of doctor Kleiner and we just love him . He didnt miss to ask any relevant question regardless is a sick or well visit. Occasionally we have seen other doctors , especially for same day visits and they are all wonderfull.I would recomended
Dr. Mitra is attentive with the best bed side manners. He is humorous as well :). He ensures that our family leaves with questions answered and the sense that we are doing a great job as first time parents. We are so appreciative of him!

We are new patients here, and when I tell you how much we love Dr. Nemivant, I could cry. We have had some not so pleasant interactions with pediatric doctors the last few years, and I have been turned off. I knew I needed to find a ped close to us, and my research led me to Pediatrix. I am so grateful it did!! Our appointment was prompt and as scheduled, and I am not exaggerating when I say Dr. N is like a Godsend. He is kind, caring, informative and supportive of our choices with our children. We never felt rushed, and I feel like he truly listened and CARED. I cannot thank you all enough, so grateful we can call this office OUR pediatrician!!

Very quick and easy appt to get annual flu shots. I called and was able to get in same day. Friendly, efficient staff and providers!
I love Dr Nemivan.He is amazing!But some of the nurses there are not great!One came with a bunch of prefilled syringe with no labels on them and gave my child shots. I was very unhappy and when I asked her if she could please draw the medications in front of me she said that it wasn’t their protocol. I said well thats not best practice, medications are supposed to be drawn in front of the patient before administration or at least label the syringes!!!!!I want to report that nurse and would prefer never to have her administer shots my child again!
Dr.Mitra is seriously the best, I’m so glad I found him as a first time mom. He’s so easy going and down to earth, he makes me feel so comfortable and answers all my crazy questions with humility, so grateful for this office.

They dropped my family for no reason! Very unfair .The office manager tried at faulting me for the admins mistakes’ saying we missed 6 scheduled appointments. We rescheduled and they still kept it as an appointment . Then schedules us for a day they were closed . Horrible

We just go here for Doctor Nemivant who is absolutely wonderful. If he didn’t work here we definitely would go elsewhere. There’s one older woman who works at the front desk that is just incredibly rude and has been for no reason everytime we’ve come in. So don’t expect to be greeted by friendly staff here with the exception of the providers and nurses here who are all great.

I have been taking my son here since birth and never looked back. It was the best decision and still is the best decision, I love the time and care that is given. I had to make sure that my newborn was also seen by the best. We drive 40-50 minutes each way just to be seen by Dr. Mitra and the happy valley office and would not have it any other way.
Pediatrix at happy Valley is our first and has been the best choice.Our favorite is Dr Nemivant.All the staff are so friendly,helpful and welcoming.Never had any issues while booking or canceling any appointments,billing department was great too.Liked each and every staff there.Would surely recommend them

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. This was our first visit as we were seeking a new pediatrician. Dr. Buck and the staff did NOT disappoint. Everyone was warm and welcoming and Dr Buck took her time listening to all of our concerns. She did not rush us and was very eager to hear what our concerns were. We will definitely be returning to her and the staff as our previous office was nothing like this. To say we are very pleased with the service we received is an understatement.

Dr. Mitra is an amazing Pediatrician! He has taken great care of my children for the past 18 years. He is now my grandchild’s pediatrician! I have recommended him to many friends and they have all been happy with him and I see them recommending him on social media when someone is asking for a pediatrician recommendation. His bedside manner is unmatched, and he makes you feel like your kids are his only patient with such personalized care. My number one thing from day one using him was that he didn’t have that Dr. superiority complex. He never discounted my feelings, or talked down to me or discounted things I felt when it came to my children’s health. And as my kids grew into teenagers he could talk to them directly about health concerns but in a way where they listened and respected what he was saying because he had developed a relationship with themover the years. My older kids were sad when they aged out of his office. They felt like they lost a doctor and a friend.
We recently switched to this office after our pediatrician moved practices. The office staff is amazing! I was able to get my daughter in the same day for suspected pink eye and with our regular doctor. I left behind some records and they called me, saved them, and today when I took my son for his wellness check, they found them no problem. The office is clean, organized and very knowledgeable.
Got us in quickly when we really needed to come in and helped my son and he’s happy and doing so much better! Thank you Doctor nemivant!

Great experience for first time visit! My daughters were between PCPs and everything went really smoothly. I feel like some practitioners are always trying to be on to the next patient but while I could tell they were busy they spent enough time with us and asked all the right questions and made us feel important. Will definitely continue taking my girlies there.
We love our Pediatrician Dr. Buck and the staff at Pediatrix. I researched the office prior to giving birth, but did not forewarn them we would be a new patient once she was born. I was able to call the day we were released from the hospital and get an appointment the next day! Typically it’s not that simple. They were all very friendly when we checked in and have been every other time we have gone. They explained to us that we would possibly need to see how long she’s covered under our insurance and even called on it for us! Would recommend this office to all parents!

The scheduling is always on point, you will always have a good customer service experience here. Dr Kliner has taken care of both our kids since they were newborns. He will always give it to you straight and honest.

Dr. Nemivant is amazing!!! Very reassuring and helpful with any questions or concerns you have with your baby and the staff is also very nice . My wife and I couldn’t be happier we chose Pediatrix for our first baby! They also call you multiple times with information regarding results on any tests or information you may be waiting on in case you missed the call or phone was dead etc so really liked that as well.
Dr. Nemivant and Dr. Mitra were my own childhood pediatricians and the experience is just as good as it is for my son as it was for me when I was a kid. These doctors are extremely comforting to be around as well as very personable with you and with the kids. The office is fun and colorful and weather, the child is sick or feeling well. There are tons of activities to do on each side of the office. We definitely enjoy coming here. Not to mention the front desk is super helpful and efficient as well as all the Medical Assistants are super friendly and quick (especially with vaccines). The lab techs there as well are super skilled and quick with what they have to do.
We love Nemivant!! I called to say I thought my 18mo had croup and he said to bring him in and they literally got us in 35 minutes later. He is friendly and always so encouraging when you feel like pulling your hair out from your wild kids 🤪
First time visiting this practice after my two year old was diagnosed with a rare neurological disease. Dr. Arun was kind, attentive and made me feel like he truly cares and wanted what's best for my daughter. The nurses were incredible and kind as well. We will be transferring both of our children's care to Pediatrix!

I took my toddler to ER because he had high fever and a seizure, he also had excessive amount of saliva and couldn’t eat much and honestly I told my husband I should’ve taken my toddler to Dr. Nemivant first because he knew exactly what the problem was by checking his throat. The ER failed horribly didn’t even think to check his throat. Anyways, Dr. Nemivant is very knowledgeable and my kids love him. He is very gentle and always finds the problem. He also found an ear infection to my infant and prescribed antibiotics. Thank you Dr. Nemivant I always recommend you to all my friends.
Dr. Kleiner is such an easy doctor to chat with & really feels like he listens. It never feels like he’s rushing out of the room! The office has always been very responsive & I’ve never had to wait long for an appointment. Highly recommend!

I have never, not once, had an issue getting my children in to be seen, especially for sick visits. The staff is always so nice and and we absolutely love Amy!! My daughter has seen her since she was born 5 years ago and my son has seen her for about 9 years. She always makes me feel heard and like a friend, not just another patient. She answers all my questions, never rushes us, and is extremely thorough. My children love and trust her and aren't scared when she's around. My son only wants her to poke him when he needs vaccines and other shots. All providers have been wonderful but Amy, she's our #1!

We absolutely love Pediatrix. We are able to get in for same day appointments. The staff is friendly and so helpful. My kids feel comfortable with the nurses and doctors. They are thorough and listen to any question or concerns. I never feel rushed. It’s a great office.
Dr. Nemavant is fantastic. Very friendly and patient. We never have much of a wait and never leave stressed out like most other places that have you sitting around for hrs. Our insurance doesn’t even cover this location but it’s worth it to just pay out of pocket being this place is so great.Some of the other reviews from people who aren’t so happy make it sound like a completely different place. No one here is rude or impatient and we’ve been here multiple times. Maybe it’s their attitude? If you are a super difficult person it would be hard for anytime to be nice back to you so just don’t be a jerk no one owes you anything
Dr. Nemivant has been our pediatrician since our oldest was 2 days old back in 2010. He is a fantastic Dr. And is the only person I trust with my kids health care. He is great with the kids too, mine actually look forward to their checkups!

Dr. Mitra is the best. My children have been seeing him for 2 years now and they love him. I dreaded having to find a new pediatrician when I move to Phoenix. I’m glad we found him. He takes his time and listens to every concern. He doesn’t make you feel like you’re wasting his time asking questions. Visits feel like you’re visiting family. Let’s not leave out the girls.
